**Apr 25 -** Final maps received from consultant, reviewed beta application being shared withing PD (not GIS)   Mar 25 Esri Demo and returned HUB selected by PD.  Chad has interest, time and talent for technical lead deployment. ETS in minor backup role to potentially assist. Jan 24 Council, CM, Polic chief desire to replace crimemapping.com  Aug 24, status unclear.

4/10/2025 - Status is the same as 3/19

3/19/2025 - Final Land Use Map in color now in development plus all new (unexpected) zoning map. Adoption by Council this fall with effective date Jan 1 2025.  Late  Late Jan still waiting for GIS 'maps' including Transporation consultant delivery plus smaller closeout tasks.

2/18/2025 - Awaiting information from Community Development

1/28/2025 - This project is 99% completed and has over 200 hours - Late Jan still waiting for GIS 'maps' delivery plus smaller closeout tasks
