**5/8/2025 **4/22/2025 -** Quote received from Tyler - working with Legal to determine if the new module should be an addendum to the existing contract or needs to be its own contract.
4/22/2025 - CORE BT has been notified that the team does not have confidence in the product and wish to discontinue meetings and terminate the relationship. Other option is Tyler Resident Access - the integration into Munis is a key reason. No scripting by staff, no import and export by staff thereby reducing staff involvement/requirements for SQL knowledge. Resident access is also set up exactly the way Utilities staff requires for billing.
4/10/2025 - The team reviewed a demo of the Munis Product, Resident Access. The reviews thus far have been very favorable. The PM is certain the team will want to drop the CORE BT solution and pursue the Munis decision. Result of team decision due by the end of next week.
3/27/2025 - The request to pause has been approved. PM is going to a conference during the week of April 4th so the next meeting day will be April 21st. This will allow the team to reevaluate options.
3/27/2025 - A request to continue to pause the project while the team deliberates is underway. Demonstrations of the Tyler product is being requested, and the direction of the project will go from there. The team seems to be in agreement that they do not want to continue with CORE.
3/17/2025 - After meeting with the head of Customer support, we received the original demo video - which the team has viewed. The video does seem to be a different experience from what the team feels we have gotten.
Tyler sent information about their current Residence Access and asking the team to review these. Making an appointment this week to get with the team to decide which way to go. Start over with CORE or go to Tyler, that is the question. Either of them will basically re-start the project.
2/27/2025 - The team is working with the vendor on issues with the project. CORE has given the executive team some options and the implementation team will gather next week to discuss the options CORE has given - at this time, the options are promising.
2/7/2025 - Testing is slow going and the team is feeling rather pensive about the sustainability of the product. The team is having a meeting today to determine options.
1/13/2025 - IVR is set up and Utilities is testing that and the utility payment portal.
