We increased the vehicle count from 250- 300 in the system. 
Getting the newest data in RTA to Fleetio to import into the system.
Compiling vendor information to Fleetio to import into the system. 

4/2/2025 -End of the insertion Team is configuring the interface. Begin of the insertion End of the insertion Begin of the deletion  End of the deletion Continue to alter & schedule the PM-A Service Program to specifications, and finish buildout of the PM-A inspection form. Once built, the two will be used together to create issues for items needing attention, to be resolved during the PM-A Work Order.

* Fleetio staff will continue to work on the RTA import, with the PM-As in mind to isolate and import first.

2/27/2025 - Team is in data gathering mode.  Getting information from RTA to Fleetio for the new platform.

2/6/25 - Kick off for Fleetio is scheduled for Monday, February 11!!

1/13/2025 - Contract has been signed.  Awaiting Fleetio to assign a project manager to our account

12/17/2024 - Fleet team has approved Fleetio and MW is trying to push the contract through before the end of December.
