Timeline as of November 4, 2024

The current timeline determined by CORE can be found here

Added by Michele Woodhouse 10 months ago

10/10 – 10/18 - UAT (Bothell) completed
10/21 – 10/22 - CORE compilation and review of all reported issues
10/23 – 11/1 - Correction of UAT issues (CORE)
11/4 – 11/8 - 2nd UAT (Bothell) -- Delayed (11/4)
11/12 – 11/15 - Final issue resolution (CORE)

We’ll evaluate these new dates as we move through the rest of the process. The next steps look as follows:

  1. Bothell will complete the first round of UAT on 10/18.

  2. CORE will compile all issues and determine fixes on 10/21 and 10/22.

  3. CORE will provide a timeframe for issue resolution following our work on 10/22.

  4. CORE will work on making any changes requested in the first round of UAT beginning on 10/23.

  5. CORE will then release the site back to Bothell for another week of testing.

  6. CORE will resolve any of the issues found in the second round of testing and then the site will be ready to move to the production environment.
