At a recent meeting with the Western Washington Cross Connection Professionals, Dan Peddy did not get favorable responses for Swift Comply. Team to go back out for RFPs.
There were 7 questions asked of the Cross Connection Professional group in regard to programs used in the testing of backflow devices. Swift Comply did not have favorable reviews. While they are one of the very few applications that support FOG modules, Swift Comply appears as difficult and clumsy. This information and the fact that the default form from Swift Comply does NOT comply with DOH requirements gives the team no choice but to seek out other vendors. The team is meeting next week, Wed., 3/22 to discuss vendors and next steps. You can find the presentation in the documents section of this project.
