Confirming the annual report, tester confidence and staff editing mistakes.
During the Project Retrospective, PW staff voiced concerns over closing the project in December as was first decided upon.
The Testers are having difficulty with the new system and PW staff is looking at hosting in-person workshops to help the testers registration and test entry issues. The time period from November to February is slow for testing while March is very busy. Staff wants to be sure Testers are ready for the March tests.
The Annual Report is being worked on with the vendor and staff. PW staff are concerned that the report will not be what DOH requires and wants to have the Report completed and data verified before closing the project.
As of right now, the vendor has stated that all editing issues go through them. This is proving problematic for both staff and testers. Will work with the vendor to ensure staff has editing rights to be able to correct miscellaneous errors made by either staff or testers.
