TECNXS (AquaResources) and Hydro Corporation held demos this week for the team. One was very well done and one was very disappointing.
Next steps
4 out of 6 RFPs submitted have been chosen to DEMO their product.
iWorq cannot comply!
The vendor has let the team know that their technical team cannot make changes to the Backflow Reports/Forms that are needed.
iWorQ Demo Held. Form Compliance may again be an issue.
Most of the project team met with iWorQ on Thursday, March 30th. iWorq is a Utah based company and has several clients in Washington state. The reviews on this vendor have been very favorable.
Swift Comply gets poor reviews
At a recent meeting with the Western Washington Cross Connection Professionals, Dan Peddy did not get favorable responses for Swift Comply. Team to go back out for RFPs.
Non-Compliant forms
Swift Comply appears to use backflow forms that are not compatible with the DOH (Dept. of Health)
